Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, and you can cancel anytime.
Does Velocity charge per user?
No. Every plan includes unlimited seats, so you can add teammates and reviewers without paying more. Plans differ by agent usage, connected channels and Brand Identities.
What does agent usage mean?
Agent usage is the amount of work your agents can do on your plan. Pro Max includes 5x the agent usage of Pro, and Pro Max + Business includes 20x.
Which plans include content approvals?
All three plans include content approval workflows, starting with Pro at $39 a month, and every plan includes unlimited seats.
How many social channels and brands can I connect?
Pro connects 15 social channels and 3 Brand Identities. Pro Max connects 30 channels and 5 Brand Identities, and Pro Max + Business connects 75 channels and 10 Brand Identities. Each Brand Identity keeps its own voice, rules and connected accounts.
